How do you determine final pricing?

Every engagement starts with a scoping call where we assess your current state, team size, and goals. Pricing is based on scope and complexity—not hourly rates.

Can I combine multiple packages?

Yes. Many clients start with a Technical GTM Audit and then move into a Demo & POC Strategy or Fractional Leadership engagement. We’ll recommend the right sequence.

What’s the minimum commitment for fractional leadership?

We recommend a minimum 3-month engagement to see meaningful results. Month-to-month after that—no long-term lock-in.

Do you work with companies outside Series A–C?

Occasionally. If your company has a complex technical product and enterprise sales motion, we’re open to a conversation regardless of stage.

What if we’re not sure which package is right?

That’s what the scoping call is for. We’ll assess your situation and recommend the right starting point—no obligation.

What does the Autonomous SE engagement involve?

We identify the high-volume, repeatable tasks in your SE workflow—RFP responses, demo prep, POC tracking, CRM updates—and design AI agents to handle them. The Advisory tier guides your team through the build; the Build + Implement tier means we do the engineering ourselves. Scope and pricing depend on use cases and integration complexity.

Do we need engineering resources to do the Autonomous SE work?

Not for the Build + Implement tier—we handle the engineering. The Advisory tier is designed for teams that have a dev team or vendor they’d direct. If you’re unsure, the scoping call will help us recommend the right fit.
