Yes. Many clients start with a Technical GTM Audit and then move into a Demo & POC Strategy or Fractional Leadership engagement. We’ll recommend the right sequence.

What’s the minimum commitment for fractional leadership?

We recommend a minimum 3-month engagement to see meaningful results. Month-to-month after that—no long-term lock-in.

Do you work with companies outside Series A–C?

Occasionally. If your company has a complex technical product and enterprise sales motion, we’re open to a conversation regardless of stage.
